The Vision Group, a residential real estate investor and asset manager from Mannheim, has acquired a residential portfolio of nine properties along Wampachstraße 2-18 in Trier. The portfolio, built in 1958, has 52 two- to four-bedroom flats with almost 4,000 m² of rental space. The purchase price is in the high single-digit million range.

The flats in Trier have potential to increase in value by optimising spaces and implementing digital solutions such as key management, communication systems and touchpoint displays. In addition, there is post-conversion potential for a further 1,500 square metres. "With the promising deal in Trier, which we fixed at the end of February 2022, we were able to expand our portfolio in Rhineland-Palatinate. Following our most recent acquisition in Ludwigshafen at the beginning of March 2022, we are also investing here in a Rhineland-Palatinate city with a lot of development potential," says Niclas Wallrafen, COO and partner of Vision Group.
